Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

— United States: 5-10 business days
— United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
— Europe: 7-14 business days
— Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
— Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $4.99.

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days at support@sculptpulse.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
